Every program
starts at 25 units.

Not just the bed. Every piece of the amenity program starts at 25 units. Catalog suppliers need thousands before they will take the call, which is why most independent and boutique properties never get a program of their own.

The standard

The dog is family.
Design the room like it.

Guests do not travel with a pet. They travel with a member of the household. The property that treats it that way is the one they book again.

Common questions

Before you
get on a call.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Every piece of the program starts at 25 units, beds included. Domestic production supports low minimums at a higher unit cost; overseas brings the unit cost down but wants volume. Part of the sourcing phase is finding the version of your program that fits the quantity you actually need, instead of forcing you into a factory's minimum.

Can you work with a single property?

Yes. Boutique and independent properties are often the best fit because the program has the most competitive impact. The economics work differently at one property than at fifty, and the design will reflect that.

Who actually makes it?

We design the program and manage the factories that build it, so you have one point of contact and one team accountable. That independence is deliberate. A manufacturer will always steer you toward what their line can produce. We place your program with whichever factory is right for it, domestic or overseas, with fifteen years of relationships on both sides.

How long does a program take?

Program design typically runs four to six weeks. Sourcing and costing adds three to five. Sampling and a pilot is the variable, usually eight to twelve weeks depending on how many rounds the product needs. Rollout depends on production and freight. For most portfolio programs, plan on six to nine months from first call to beds in rooms.

Can we private label an existing product instead?

Sometimes that is the right answer, and we will tell you when it is. If your goal is a pet program on the floor this quarter at the lowest possible cost, custom design is the wrong tool. If your goal is a program that looks like your brand and can be sold to guests, it is the only tool.

Who owns the design?

You do. Designs developed for your program are yours, documented in tech packs you hold, and portable to any factory. You are not locked into us or into a single supplier after the program ships.

Start here

Tell us about
your properties.

The first call is a working conversation, not a pitch. Bring your room count, your current pet policy, and what you are trying to fix. You will leave it with a clear read on whether a designed program makes sense for you and roughly what it costs.

If it is not a fit, we will say so on that call rather than sending a proposal you have to decline.
